1974
Marcel Drache is born. The Swedish music group ABBA wins the Grand Prix d'Eurovision de la Chanson with their song "Waterloo" and start their international career.
Marcel buys the Commodore 64. Michael Jackson is number 1 in the American album charts for 37 weeks with his album "Thriller", which becomes the most successful album in pop history with 140 million units sold. The Red Hot Chili Peppers are founded.
1983
Marcel starts his first jobs as a DJ and light jockey in a youth club. "Blue Order" by New Order is released. Madonna achieves unprecedented success for a female artist: her album "True Blue" reaches #1 in the charts in 28 countries.
1986
Marcel attends his first techno and trance party, giving him the inspiration for his own budding career. A growing desire to make his own music professionally inspires him to create his own set of pitchable turntables. The MTV Europe Music Awards take place for the first time in Berlin at the Brandenburg Gate.
1994
Marcel gets started with his first Pioneer CD J 100 and mixer. Then band Xero (later Linkin Park), Sportfreunde Stiller and Coldplay are founded.
1996
Marcel plays his first professional DJ set in front of an audience of over a thousand people and founds the event agency “Wir Formen” and “Liebeszauber Partys”. The Red Hot Chili Peppers announce that they will reunite and release their reunion album "Californication".
1999
Marcel buys his first acoustic guitar, which leads to him breaking away from the techno genre and moving in a more melodic direction. He also releases his first tracks digitally.
2002
The mega hit "Sky and Sand" by Paul Kalgbrenner is released, influencing Marcel’s direction in the music scene. He also founds his own record label "Heaven Scent".
2008
Marcel joins the recording studio “Swan of Light” and begins making music with his long-time friend, Hansu Jot.
2019
2015
In 2015 the track "I Will Rise" by D-Nox & Beckers will be released. Marcel also came across Monolink who was releasing his first track "The End" at this time. These also shape his style of music. Last year, Marcel founded his own company, the Golden Sun Society.
1982
When Marcel buys his first keyboard and Michael Jackson releases his globally successful album “Thriller”. Swedish music group ABBA dissolves.
1985
On September 16, the single "Take On Me" by the band a-ha is released across Europe, reaching number 1 in the charts in 36 countries.
1993
Marcel buys his first computer and begins creating his own digital music.
1995
Leaving the professional circuit, Marcel buys his own Technics MK3 turntable to really work as a DJ. A young star is born: current member of "Rays of the Sun", Jules, sees the light of day. Unbeknownst to the both of them, a successful, musical future awaits.
1998
Marcel has his first trace party party and is booked for events. "Sing It Back" by Moloko is released, greatly influencing Marcel’s music career
2001
Marcel joins the record label "Nova Tekk".
2004
The band "Faceless" is founded. They greatly impact Marcel and the entire music world.
Marcel buys his first tape deck. Kraftwerk goes on a major world tour. Jean-Michael Jarre releases his album "Magic Fields" and is the first western musician to perform in the People's Republic of China after the death of Mao Zedong.

Marcel realizes a long-standing dream and founds the "Rays of the Sun".
